A new job, new office, new friends, new environment…….yes I’m leaving my current work now to work for another company, in another place. Bakit? Well I think it’s time for me to change paths. To move on to something new. Nasa stage na ako kung san ang everyday life ko a routinary na. wake up (nowadays later than usual), take a bath, dress, get in my car, drive to work, arrive late in the office, sit in my boring chair for 8 hours, with my childish crazy infantile boss in the next cubicle, go to site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, hang around festival mall (where most of the restaurants and coffee shops there already know me) go home and sleep, then repeat. I’m in the stage that the first thing I think of when I get up is this: “ absent kaya ako ngayon?” or “tinatamad ako”.

I guess I just need something new, something refreshing, a new environment to live in everyday. Althoough makati will be very different from the alabang area, it’s still a refreshing change in my life. Here in alabang, the business district is very laid back, in makati people are always on the go, fastpaced way of life.
One thing I’m glad, most of my friends and old officemates(whom I consider my family ever since I started working) are based in makati. So I guess I’ll be seeing them more often. I’ll be an official makati boy on sept 11. I’ll be missing the south, but the south is still where I belong. Expect that I’ll be running from makati to get to alabang every Friday night just to hang out in westgate and petron-alabang.

On another note, I gave my boss my resignation letter. No reaction, no comment, he didn’t even talk to me. He amazes me every day now. He amazes me how infantile and childish one can get. This is a topic for a new blog entry.

anyways, i hope i can be a happier person on my new job, 'cause i'm not happy right now here. if not, i can always look for another one, or maybe a new career.
